If we experience high order volume, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Custom or pre-order items may have extended processing times, which will be noted in the product description.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

Expedited shipping is available for select products at an additional cost.

Digital products (e-books, courses, and digital downloads) are delivered instantly via email and are not subject to shipping fees.​

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out. What to do if your package is lost or delayed:

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your expense.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.
